Lisa Whited believes that “the way things have always been done” is not a barrier to “how we want things to be.” She respectfully shakes up the status quo and has a gift for seeing things from a different angle.
Lisa’s natural ability to put people at ease, coupled with her background in design thinking, change management, interior architecture, and leadership and community-building add up to an individual who is making a difference in the world.
Lisa is a facilitator, change management consultant and workplace strategist whose work is borne out of the desire to move the needle on the shocking statistic that only 13% of employees worldwide are happy at work. Seriously, wtf is up with that statistic?
Years of experience, research and candid conversations with employees in their work environments led Lisa to create a consortium of collaborators who are experts in their fields: organizational ecology, evidence-based-design research, brand and environmental design, strategic planning, interior architecture and project management. This consortium provides a 360 degree perspective that allows wtf to tackle workplace transformation head on.
Lisa and her wtf partners leverage the connection between leadership, employee engagement and physical workplace design. wtf has developed a streamlined process that results in more engaged employees and transformed cultures. wtf's clients often show up on the Best Places To Work lists and are led by CEO’s who don’t want to settle for “good enough.”
